What is Online Imaging?
|

This service provides access to mortgage and conveyance records on-line from remote locations using a web browser and internet connection. This system allows access to both view and print documents from your office, home or other locations. A monthly fee is charged for this service. A PC using Windows and an internet connection are required for this service. The Clerk’s Office recommends high speed internet for viewing images.

A $50 sign on fee is charged.The monthly fee for unlimited access is $100.
The sign on fee and first monthly fee, in the form of a check or money order, must be included with your completed contract/application.
You will be billed monthly for the access fee. Accounts will be cancelled for 30 days delinquency on payment. Reinstatement fee is $50.

| How to apply for online services – |

Click Here to get the contract/application (PDF file) for Online Imaging. Fill out the application and return it to the Clerk of Court with the appropriate fee. You will then be provided with a user name and password to access this service.
